Built for the most demanding industrial applications, our Q355B high-strength steel shed supports heavy overhead crane operations up to 20 tons lifting capacity. The structure features reinforced column sections with integrated crane runway beam brackets, engineered for continuous duty cycle crane operations in steel fabrication plants, heavy equipment assembly, and large-scale manufacturing facilities.

Heavy Industrial Engineering

  • Q355B Premium Steel Grade: Equivalent to ASTM A572 Grade 50, with 355 MPa minimum yield strength — 50% stronger than standard Q235 structures. Enables longer spans, higher eave heights, and superior load-bearing capacity without oversized sections.
  • Integrated Crane Support System: Columns feature built-in crane bracket connections with reinforced stiffener plates, designed to transfer dynamic crane loads (vertical + lateral + longitudinal) directly to the foundation. Crane runway beams fabricated as welded built-up I-sections with full penetration welds per AWS D1.1 standards.
  • Heavy Column Base Design: Column base plates engineered for 50-200 ton axial loads with anchor bolt groups sized per structural analysis. Base plate grouting with high-strength non-shrink mortar ensures full load transfer to the reinforced concrete foundation.
